BJP attacks INDIA bloc over SIR row; alleges alliance is “fragmented”
The BJP criticised the opposition INDIA alliance after a dispute over the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) issue, claiming the coalition was already fragmented. Union minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said the bloc had effectively collapsed before its scheduled meeting, pointing to the non‑attendance of Akhilesh Yadav, M.K. Stalin and Arvind Kejriwal as evidence of its disunity.
