CMRL-Exalogic payoff case: Kerala HC reserves order on plea seeking FIR against Pinarayi, daughter Veena, Riyas
The Kerala High Court has reserved its order on a petition demanding a police FIR against Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, his daughter Veena Vijayan, and Riyas. Justice A. Badharudeen examined information supplied by the Enforcement Directorate to the state police chief and stated that the need for a preliminary inquiry before filing an FIR must be decided individually for each case.
