12-member U.P. family rescued from alleged bonded labour in Hyderabad
Police in Hyderabad rescued a 12‑member family from Uttar Pradesh who had been kept in a single dwelling and compelled to work continuously under alleged bonded‑labour conditions. The relatives reportedly cooked and used the same rooms as latrines, worked seven days a week, and were subjected to physical and verbal abuse when they could not meet demands or requested wages.
