NCPCR takes suo motu cognisance of RIMS Adilabad fire, holds discussion with Telangana child rights panel
The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights has taken suo motu cognisance of the fire that broke out at the Regional Institute of Medical Sciences in Adilabad. It convened a meeting with the Telangana state child‑rights panel to examine the incident, assess safety lapses and discuss measures to prevent similar tragedies affecting children in the region.
