Tahsildars get 14 days to clear mining land NOCs, delays to go to Collectors automatically
State officials have been instructed to process mining land non‑objection certificates within 14 days. Any applications not cleared in that period will be escalated automatically to the district collector. Mines Principal Secretary Mukesh Kumar Meena directed tahsildars across all 26 districts to use the OMEPS 2.0 portal’s escalation feature to resolve pending cases promptly as soon as possible.
