CPI(M) portrays Keralam local body bypoll results as LDF’s political comeback

Party leader Govindan pointed to the return of daily power cuts after ten years and criticism of government‑funded foreign trips as reasons for the United Democratic Front’s loss in 38 wards. The bypolls covered 38 wards and were seen as a setback for the ruling coalition.
