Freshworks’ Girish Mathrubootham turns producer with Sarpatta Parambarai 2
Freshworks founder and CEO Girish Mathrubootham is entering film production, joining director Pa. Ranjith as a producer for Sarpatta Parambarai 2, the sequel to the 2021 boxing drama. The follow‑up, titled “Second Round”, continues the original’s focus on Tamil Nadu’s boxing scene. Mathrubootham, who grew Freshworks into a global SaaS company, makes his first cinema venture.
