Pawan Kalyan orders watch on elephant herd in Chittoor, kumkis to drive it back; 10 aqua units get notices
Actor‑politician Pawan Kalyan has instructed officials in Andhra Pradesh’s Chittoor district to intensify surveillance of a roaming elephant herd. He asked the HANUMAN response teams to maintain continuous tracking and use kumkis to guide the animals away from populated areas. Additionally, ten aqua‑units were issued notices; the notices direct the units to comply with protocols and assist in mitigating human‑elephant conflict.
