Bluegraph is an open‑source visualization platform that lets users examine NOAA ocean buoy measurements in three dimensions. It reconstructs wave information from the original spectral data, offering interactive views of wave height, direction and period. The tool aims to make the extensive buoy dataset more accessible for research, education and public insight, and supports real‑time analysis for scientists and hobbyists.
