Indirectly mining affected people in Odisha get substantial DMF fund, CAG unearths
The Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) discovered that several projects, which should have been excluded under Odisha's Development Management Fund (DMF) guidelines, were nevertheless executed in the state.
