The PLC Organization has begun its initial phase, aiming to create an independent public ledger for credentials. This effort seeks to provide a decentralized, verifiable record of qualifications and achievements that can be accessed by institutions and employers. By leveraging blockchain technology, the platform intends to enhance transparency and reduce fraud in credential verification. Early prototypes are being tested with pilot partners.
