Lingayat society can develop only if all the sub-sects remain united, says Laxman Savadi
Karnataka politician Laxman Savadi said the Lingayat community can only progress if its sub‑sects stay united. He warned that internal splits impede development and called for cohesion to achieve shared broader socio‑economic goals. Speaking at a Bangalore gathering of community leaders, Savadi added that unity also enhances the Lingayats' national political influence and cultural identity.
