Chakma council to implement NEP from 2027-28, introduce ‘Mizo Speaking Day’ in schools

The council also approved a weekly “Mizo Speaking Day” for all primary and middle schools in its jurisdiction, designating Wednesdays for students to engage in Mizo language instruction and practice.
