About 1,500 pilgrims stranded along Kedarnath trek route after landslide evacuated
Roughly 1,500 pilgrims traveling toward Kedarnath were left stuck on the mountain trail after a landslide and ongoing rockfall blocked the path near Chirbasa. Rescue personnel from multiple agencies coordinated an evacuation, guiding the stranded groups down to the safer Gaurikund point. The debris and rockfall made travel impossible.
