Lawyers’ group seek fresh hearing in CEC law challenge, Noida DM case
Lawyers Association for Constitution (LAC) has asked the Supreme Court to grant a fresh hearing in two cases: the challenge to the Central Election Commission (CEC) law and the Noida District Magistrate (DM) case. LAC argues Justice Satish Chandra Sharma should be excluded from the bench because his son serves as counsel for the ECI before the MP High Court, citing a conflict of interest.
