Actor‑politician Udhayanidhi Stalin condemned the Tamil Nadu government led by Thiru. V. K. Sasikala, alleging that a schoolgirl near Vandalur was sexually assaulted. He claimed the police were attempting to conceal the crime and were mischaracterising the incident as a snakebite to shift attention. The accusations were made public in a statement to the media.
