Dengue under control in Tamil Nadu, says Health Secretary in Madurai
Tamil Nadu's health secretary said dengue is under control in the state, noting that Madurai had recorded 288 cases by Sept. 23, including 105 within the corporation, 11 in municipalities, nine in panchayats and 163 in town panchayats. Field teams are conducting fogging operations, with plans to increase efforts in rural pockets. The authorities aim to curb further spread.
