No more extension for liquor shop renewals in Andhra; fresh applications invited from September 24
Andhra Pradesh has ended deadline extensions for liquor‑shop licence renewals. Of the 3,650 establishments notified, 2,906 have already paid either fully or partially. New applications for the remaining shops open on September 24 and must be submitted by October 1. The allocation will be decided by a draw of lots, ensuring fairness, with results on October 5.
