Adani Group to invest over ₹1 lakh crore in Bengal by 2035: Gautam Adani
The Adani Group announced plans to commit more than ₹1 lakh crore to projects in West Bengal through 2035. The investment will focus on expanding power distribution in Kolkata, a market currently dominated by the R.P. Sanjiv Goenka Group, and will be executed primarily via Adani’s subsidiary CESC. The proposal aims to boost infrastructure and energy supply in the state.
