Cochin International Airport Limited AGM approves 55% dividend to shareholders, launches aviation consultancy services
At its annual general meeting, Cochin International Airport Ltd announced a 55 percent dividend for shareholders and introduced a new aviation consultancy division. The airport reported total revenue of about ₹1,220 crore and a net profit of roughly ₹502 crore for the 2025‑26 financial year. The consultancy is expected to offer expertise to other Indian airports and operators.
