Madras High Court quashes case against Annamalai over his remarks on Pasumpon Muthuramalinga Thevar
Madras High Court dismissed the case against Annamalai, founder of the We The Leaders movement, over his remarks on Pasumpon Muthuramalinga Thevar. Justice G.K. Ilanthiraiyan approved Annamalai’s petition to quash the suit filed by Salem activist Piyush Manush. The bench said evidence was insufficient and the comments did not amount to a criminal offence under law.
