Rahul Gandhi in Delhi held a telephone conversation recently with the parents of Sahil, a student who died while studying at IIT Bombay. The call was made in the presence of Indian Youth Congress president Uday Bhanu Chib and Maharashtra unit chief Shivraj More, who accompanied the grieving family.
