Engineering student’s ‘suicide’ turns out to be murder; two arrested
Police say an engineering student’s death, initially reported as suicide, was actually a murder. On September 12, Naveen intercepted Akshitarani near the FCI crossroads, took her into his car, compelled her to write a false note accusing Ravi of sexual assault, and forced her to ingest pesticide. Two suspects have been arrested. Authorities are continuing the investigation.
