Bentley launches first fully electric car – with fake engine sounds to replace classic growl
Bentley has unveiled its first fully electric SUV, the Torcal, which can cover up to 375 miles on a single charge. The launch is part of a £350 million investment in the company’s UK operations, which are owned by Volkswagen. The electric model will use artificial engine sounds to mimic the brand’s signature growl today.
