Ladakh L-G approves withdrawal of cases against 20 individuals booked over 2025 Leh violence
The Ladakh Legislative Assembly has decided to drop criminal charges against 20 people who were booked for the violence that erupted in Leh on 24 September 2025. The incident occurred amid protests demanding statehood and Sixth Schedule protections for Ladakh.
