Naidu, Sitharaman to lay foundation for ₹1 lakh crore Rayalaseema Horticulture Hub at Madanapalle on October 2
Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will lay the foundation stone for a horticulture hub in Madanapalle on October 2. The ₹1 lakh crore scheme, covering six Rayalaseema districts, plans to draw ₹40,000 crore of central funds and ₹60,000 crore from private investors. It is expected to enhance agricultural productivity, generate employment and attract ancillary industries across the region.
