Deep depression to cross Andhra-Odisha coast near Kalingapatnam tonight; red alert in five Andhra districts

Visakhapatnam is under an orange alert. All schools in the Uttarandhra region have been ordered to close as the system approaches. Meteorologists warn of heavy rain and strong winds accompanying the system.
