Keralam power crisis: State eyeing additional 150 MW from NPCIL, says CM
Kerala is pursuing an additional 150 megawatts of nuclear capacity from the Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited to address its electricity shortage. Finance minister K.N. Satheesan said the extra supply should enable the state to take control of the power situation amid the ongoing crisis. The initiative is part of broader efforts to stabilise the grid and lessen dependence on imported electricity.
