Gandhis oppose ED plea in National Herald case, call it ‘abuse of process of law’
Sonia and Rahul Gandhi have rejected the Enforcement Directorate’s request to revisit the National Herald case, describing the move as an abuse of legal procedure. In their reply to the ED’s revision petition, they argued that the challenge is not maintainable and that the trial court’s December 16, 2025 judgment remains legally sound under current law.
