ED arrests one accused in case linked to drug trafficking
The Enforcement Directorate has taken into custody one individual suspected of involvement in a drug‑trafficking network. According to the National Investigation Agency, the operation generated about 74 crore rupees from illicit narcotic sales, which were moved through hawala channels to Afghanistan and allegedly used to finance terrorist activities. The arrest is part of a broader probe.
