Abimanyu murder case: trial court dismisses accused’s plea for in-camera proceedings
A trial court in Kerala has rejected a request by the accused in the Abhimanyu murder case to hold the trial behind closed doors. Principal Sessions Judge K.K. Balakrishnan, who had reserved his decision on the September 15 plea, ruled that the matter does not meet the criteria for an in‑camera proceeding and will proceed in open court as per standard procedure.
