Andhra Pradesh extends A4 liquor shop renewal deadline by two days to September 23
Andhra Pradesh has pushed the renewal deadline for A4 liquor shops to September 23, adding two days. For the 2026‑27 cycle, 3,650 shops were notified; 3,173 have applied for renewal and 2,726 have made full or partial payments. The state still awaits ₹257 crore of the total ₹933.44 crore renewal revenue. The extension aims to facilitate collection of the outstanding amount before the fiscal year ends.
