Paramount settles lawsuits with 12 US states, clearing way for Warner merger
Paramount Global has reached settlements with twelve U.S. states, including California and New York, ending legal challenges that questioned whether its planned $81 billion merger with Warner Bros. Discovery would suppress competition.
