
Supreme Court disposes of SEBI appeals against NSE in co-location, dark fibre cases
The Supreme Court has dismissed SEBI’s appeals against the National Stock Exchange in the co‑location and dark‑fibre disputes, effectively upholding the settlements the exchange reached in July. SEBI had previously accepted NSE’s applications to settle for a total of about ₹1,492 crore, with roughly ₹1,224 crore covering the co‑location issue and ₹268 crore for the ongoing dark‑fibre case.
