Old era of jingoism, equating Nepali nationalism with anti-Indianism, is over: Nepal Finance Minister
During a visit to Delhi following severe floods in Nepal, Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle said the era of linking Nepali nationalism with anti‑Indian sentiment has ended. He called for a fresh approach to strained Delhi‑Kathmandu relations, including renegotiating the bilateral trade treaty and expanding connectivity projects, aiming to improve regional cooperation between long‑standing neighboring countries.
