Teachers’ federation urges State government to revive APAT
India’s teachers’ federation has called on the state government to re-establish the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (APAT). The body argues that roughly 31,800 pending writ petitions filed by educators and related personnel could be settled more swiftly through the tribunal, reducing the burden on courts and delivering faster resolutions for the affected parties in the region.
