Rajnath Singh releases ‘Raksha’ framework for defence diplomacy over next decade
India’s defence minister Rajnath Singh unveiled the ten‑year ‘Raksha’ framework, a strategic plan for defence diplomacy. The blueprint outlines pillars such as strengthening bilateral and multilateral defence ties, increasing joint military drills, and expanding training collaborations.
