Residents of C.V. Raman Nagar in Bangalore have approached their MLA, asking him to reject a state government plan to build elevated road corridors that would pass through their area. They claim the project would cause displacement, environmental damage and traffic disruption. The MLA is expected to raise the issue in the legislative assembly soon.
