Talks held with more than 20 companies at SEMICON India for investments in State, says M.B. Patil
The state government said it met with more than twenty semiconductor firms at the SEMICON India exhibition to discuss investment plans. Lam Research disclosed a commitment of roughly ₹9,298 crore, while Applied Materials outlined a ₹3,600 crore investment spread over the next ten years. Officials hope the pledges will boost local manufacturing and job creation for the region's economy.
