CPI(M) protests over NICE land issue, seeks implementation of High Court order
The Communist Party of India (Marxist) organised protests demanding that authorities enforce a recent Calcutta High Court ruling on land allotted to the National Institute of Construction Management and Equipment (NICE). Party leaders said the land has been improperly occupied and urged the state government to implement the court’s order without delay and to restore the site to its intended educational purpose.
