Tirupattur TVK MLA’s win by a single vote: Madras High Court reserves orders on plea to reject election petition
The Madras High Court has postponed its ruling on a petition seeking to overturn the Tirupattur constituency result, where TVK candidate R. Seenivasa Sethupathy won by a single vote. Justice G.K. Ilanthiraiyan deferred the decision on the plea to dismiss the election challenge filed by former DMK minister K.R. Periakaruppan. The court noted procedural issues and will schedule a hearing.
