Odisha government plans 870-Acre Silicon Valley hub in Cuttack’s Naraj for semiconductor, IT projects
Odisha's cabinet approved a plan to develop an 870‑acre technology park in Naraj, Cuttack, aimed at semiconductor manufacturing and IT services. The state has received investment proposals totaling about Rs 23,600 crore, which could create roughly 6,100 jobs, according to Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik. The hub is expected to attract foreign firms and boost digital economy.
