France’s Naval Group partners with Nibe Ltd. to develop underwater drones, mine countermeasures
France’s Naval Group has teamed up with Nibe Ltd. to create underwater autonomous drones and mine‑countermeasure systems. The partnership will combine Naval Group’s naval technology expertise with Nibe’s experience in autonomous underwater vehicles. The collaboration aims to enhance maritime security by developing advanced underwater drones capable of detecting and neutralizing naval mines. Both firms plan to test prototypes in upcoming trials.
