Mahua Moitra alleges discrimination against Muslim bureaucrats
Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra sent a letter to the National Commission for Minorities claiming that Muslim civil servants, including IAS and IPS officers, were barred from attending events featuring Union Home Minister Amit Shah in West Bengal. She said the exclusion reflects discrimination against Muslim bureaucrats and urged the commission to investigate the alleged bias.
