Regularise services of Mecca Masjid, Shahi Masjid employees: Nampally MLA Majid Hussain
Lok Sabha member Majid Hussain, representing Nampally, has called for the regularisation of staff employed at Hyderabad’s historic Mecca Masjid and Shahi Masjid. He noted that these workers are engaged throughout the year, handling daily maintenance and religious duties, and urged authorities to formalise their employment status and benefits. He said they work 365 days a year and should receive job security and fair wages.
