Parameshwar Naik, vice‑president of the State Guarantee Schemes Implementation Authority. He said the district’s recently swift execution has helped farmers, micro‑entrepreneurs and other beneficiaries secure credit, positioning Koppal ahead of neighboring districts in the region overall.
