Article 371(J) has opened new opportunities for Kalyana Karnataka: Raghumurthy
Raghumurthy said Article 371(J) will bring new development opportunities to Karnataka’s Kalyana Karnataka region. The provision targets historic socio‑economic gaps by granting special schemes, extra funding and greater administrative autonomy. The state will channel central assistance through district committees covering Bellary, Koppal, Raichur and Yadgir, aiming to improve infrastructure, education and livelihoods for local communities in the coming years.
