Treasury officer and assistant caught taking ₹1 lakh bribe in Rangareddy
Two officials from the treasury department in Rangareddy district were apprehended after investigators discovered they had accepted a bribe of one lakh rupees. The officer and his assistant were detained during a sting operation conducted by anti-corruption authorities. They are expected to appear in court next week.
