Disha Salian case: Raut backs Aaditya; says CBI FIR attempt to malign Thackeray family image
The Central Bureau of Investigation lodged a First Information Report in the 2020 death of Disha Salian, but did not list any accused, following a Bombay High Court directive after a petition by her father. Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut defended Aaditya Thackeray, politically claiming the FIR is intended to damage the Thackeray family’s reputation.
