Boy’s body found, search on for father, uncle who swept away in Galeru-Nagari canal
An eight‑year‑old boy, Aarush, fell into the Galeru‑Nagari canal while playing in Ramapuram village, Owk mandal, and his body was later recovered. His father and uncle, who entered the water after him, remain missing as rescue teams continue searching. The canal was flowing at roughly 3,200 cusecs at the time of the incident. Efforts by local authorities are ongoing.
